Quality Assurance and Customer Satifaction are important to us here at Air Castle Books. However, as with any digital media content, there are aspects that may affect your ebook viewing which are beyond our control.

Refunds are limited to technical problems affecting readability of ebook that occur due to a problem with our file. Even with the most stringent editorial processes, misspellings/errors occur, and are NOT considered to affect readability.

We currently offer PDF and HTML formats, with some titles available through Amazon Kindle. Titles are clearly marked as to their format, and the site is easily navigatible by format preference. Please ensure you are purchasing your desired format, as we will not be held responsible for problems arising due to an improper format purchase on the part of the consumer.

Amazon Kindle format books are purchased through Amazon. If you choose this format and encounter any problems, we suggest you view this page for answers before contacting us.

If you would like to purchase a PDF format book and do not have the free required Adobe Reader, you can download it here or use one of the Adobe Reader links provided on the website.

If you have determined there is a technical problem with your purchase arising from the file you were given being improperly formatted or corrupt, and desire to request a refund, please use the Customer Service Contact Form. Be as specific as possible when describing your reason for dissatisfaction. Also, please attach the file in question using the provided file attachment box. You must provide us with your original download and reason for dissatisfaction request to be considered for a refund.

If for some reason, you are unable to download your purchase, we reserve the right to issue your copy via your provided email address.

Final determination of refund eligibility is made at the sole discretion of Air Castle Books, and we reserve the right to issue a replacement copy in lieu of a refund if we deem this to be the appropriate course of action.

If we determine a refund is in order, you will be responsible for any PayPal fees incurred on your part for the payment transaction.

Your e-book purchase is for your personal reading enjoyment. Please be advised, it is a violation of law to transmit, publish or redistribute your e-book purchase in any manner. By making a purchase at Air Castle Books, you are bound by law not to take part in any illegal redistribution of the materials on this site. Air Castle Books strives to offer extremely reasonable prices on all our e-books. Please remember that any free copy of an author's work made available without the author's consent is earned and deserved money taken out of the author's income, and is ILLEGAL.
